Always happy to come back to Keji to canoe the rivers to and from Frozen Ocean Lake. Whynot Outfitters always have the gear we need to make it happen and the online booking lets us secure everything well in advance. We had another beautiful trip into the back country; a particular highlight was a rare black bear sighting along the river between Big Dam Lake and Frozen Ocean Lake - you see bears so infrequently you almost forget they're out there too, a good reminder that the food wires serve a purpose!

A beautiful and easily accessible part of the park. Safe, if you have to deal with wind/rough water conditions as it's easy to hug the shorelines, if necessary. Be prepared for Portage R....pack light!
Have done this as a linear paddle from/to the Big Dam parking area and also as a full loop back to Jake's Landing.
Strongly recommend.

This was my first trip to the Keji Park, I can't believe I waited this long to go. I'm glad my son came with me! We really enjoyed to backcountry camping and are glad we went with a family that has done it before. We didn't have to worry about forgetting anything important. The trip went off without a hitch and I can't wait to experience the Great Outdoors again. Best trip ever!!

I literally was shaking my head in awe that I was getting the calls and emails, I don’t know how they’ve created such a cool team culture but I wish it were more common.
