The highlights of this tour include the famous Three Sisters sea stacks, a natural amphitheatre that nicely amplifies your voice, lava tubes and other evidence of the separation of the continents, a small sea cave, steep red cliffs and holes-in-the-rock.

And a suggestion: Stay in the Guest House. You have a private bedroom, private bathroom, and mini-kitchen—all in your upstairs wing of a gorgeous renovated Captain’s mansion. Anne (owner of NovaShores Seakayaking AND the Guest House) will take care of your needs. Advocate Harbor is a ways out there but by staying an extra night or two you can explore the beach at Chignecto AND the beach fossil beach at Joggins. Have fun, we did!
